Q: How Long Does Sperm Last?

Time

More than an hour, I had to cum into a sterile cup when my wife and I had artificial insemination tried. The Dr.'s office when about 45 min drive, and he said for me to cum twice and as long as we were there within 2 hours it would be ok (but the sooner the better.)
