Hi, I would like to clarify your advice what do you mean be sure to take a cup of water before bed, is it before taking the natural solution or after or both?

I had some heartburn but didn't think it was all that bad, but a doctor told me I should take aciphex. It was so expensive that for my refill I sent to canada for it.
After a while I heard that prilosec is just as good and cost only $24 for a 42 day supply. I don't have drug coverage.
Then....I heard about the vinegar. I tried it for a few mornings. I no longer take prilosec or the vinegar. It seems to me that doctors just push pills onto people without really being convinced that the patient absolutely needs them.
I don't think you have to take the vinegar very long. I'm so glad I heard about it. I feel fine now and i'm saving money for better things!

please check if im doing the right procedure for this natural cure:

2 tbps. Of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of manuka honey #20 or any natural honey
1/2 cup of water

mixed all the natural ingredients. Drink a lot of water. Take the solution. Then drink a lot of water again. Take this after dinner and before going to bed.

Any comments will be highly appreciated. Specially with regards to the number of minutes to be followed as time interval between drinking water and the solution.
