Q: Condoms.. Safe Enough?

Hello, i'm not sure if anyone read my other thread about me coming off of birth control to see if my periods will be normal. Anyway, it has been about 2 1/2 weeks since my last period, and now i'm just waiting around for my next one. I realize that it will probably take a while to get it, and that's okay, but the thing is, it's really hard to remain abstinate for however long it will take to get my next period. (when I get it, I will go back on the pill).

My question is, if my boyfriend and I only have sex like once a month and use condoms and he pulls out with a condom on, is that going to be a pretty safe way of not getting pregnant, or should we just wait?

Extremely eHealthy
Condoms generally are safe, but not absolute. And make sure you follow the instructions completely, especially as you need to not be pregnant to follow your period.

They are pretty safe but you really need to think about the consences of getting pregnant before having sex.
