Q: Reversing Heart Disease

All,

am new on the block - so please excuse if I there is something that I ought to have read which should have avoided this message.

I am interested in getting the plaque out of my arteries. I have buergers'disease. What can be done to remove the plaque?

I wonder what the chances of reversing heart condition are? As I read it I can expect a 30% improvement in walking distance if I follow general advice and then a slow regression until a heart attack comes to collect me. Is this right?

Buerger's disease isn't atherosclerosis, it appears to be an allergic reaction to a component of tobacco smoke - therefore the main treatment is to stop smoking
