Q: Mole Removal Options

I have some small flat moles on my arm (no larger than 4mm diameter) and look benign. However, I would like to remove them for cosmetic reasons, as well as preventing them possibly turning cancerous in the future.

Can I freeze the mole myself? I recently removed a couple of warts using a successful product called wartner. Could I use this on the moles safely?

Mole removal seems very expensive £100 per mole private. Is there anywhere I can go cheaper, perhaps on the nhs in the uk?

Thanks,

dave.
