Yes it's enough, possibly too much.
Focus on the aerobic exercises first and get into a proper routine, eat properly, sleep well, get your fluids and vitamins in.
Step one is do your aerobic exercises until you have lost all the fat that you want, at this point your body will be slim shapely, but soft to the touch. You will want to firm up.
When you're ready to firm up, your diet will have to change, you will have to eat more, but still healthy. You will be strength training to tone your body and firm it up. You will be eating more as you will need these extra (healthy) calories to build muscle. Muscle doesn't build on its own, it has to be made from something. (proteins, and amino acids from your food!).
Do this until you're toned to the consistency you want, and have the shape you desire... You will have to continue doing cardio at this time, but not as intense as you once were you will be moving into a "maintenance phase".
