yesterday... I don't kno what happened, but my right knee bone started to hurt.. Cuz I stood a funny position when I was trying to keep balance on a bus...... And today.. It hurts a lot.. I can hardly go up the stairs.. I'm sure I did not twist it.. It happens from time to time... My bone juss feels so weak that I can't stand up straight with that knee..

Then my left elbow bone started to have these stabbing pains that comes and goes every 5 minutes. It hurts so much... It feels like jello afterwards.. And it's so weak that I can't hold anything at all... I drop everything I hold. It hurts a lot.

I am not a doctor but have been to the doctor several times for my knees. Same thing, will be okay for a while and then it will get inflamed from time to time. (sounds like yours is inflamed right now). My doctor suggested I take an over-the-counter pill called "osteo-bioflex". This lubricates the bones and that does alleviate the pain. It is quite expensive at a drug store so I suggest you look for it on the internet. Compare prices well before you buy it. Well worth it!
