Q: Stress Related Spots On Fingers???

I've noticed that at times of high stress, my middle finger on my right hand swells up, has little black spots under the skin which turn into tiny white blisters, its really itchy and uncomfortable and only goes away with anti biotics??

Can anyone relate to this and tell me what it might be?? :(

When it happens, show finger to doc, a nurse or pharmacist, I dont know what it is but its not stress
you dont have a ring on that finger do you?
