I have a question and i'm not sure if anybody'll know or not, but here goes: when I wake up in the morning usually, my heart starts beating really fast and I feel really jittery and start shivering. It also feels like there's something wrong with my gag reflex. I keep trying to swallow, but it's almost as if nothing's there, or there's a void that needs to be filled. I feel really hot and those symptoms usually continue throughout the day. Now I think this might have to do with a blood sugar problem. Normally I either feel real sluggish and weak/tired and my heart beats below normal, or the exact opposite and I feel hyper and my heart beats pretty fast. It always feels like I either have too much or too little sugar in my blood. I also have a corn/wheat allergy, but I pretty much avoid those things altogether. I've been tested for my thyroid and blood sugar, so I don't know what the problem might be. For much of my life also, i've had a drainage problem with my throat. Basically I have to suck snot in all the time, and it worsens as I eat something with sugar in it or something that i'm allergic to. So i'm guessing this might be related to that. I've been to an ear, nose, and throat doctor and that is when I found out about my corn/wheat allergy. For some reason I feel more stable when I eat something with corn or wheat in it, but I end up feeling drowsy and shitty later (because I am allergic to those two things). Don't know what the problem is, so thanks to anybody that may be able to help.
