Please, if anybody can help to find any information(e-mail address, name of a company, web-site) about cindy holmland progesterone creams??? She is writer, researcher, herbalist. Maybe i’m wrong in spelling her name but I translate it from russian. Here, in russia we have only one company (and only in moscow) selling saroti creams. And people have to wait months to get them! Russian women don’t even know about progesterone creams and that’s why the majority of women subject themselves to unnatural hormone replacement therapies (hrt). This luck of information is just terrible!! Please, girls, help us! Any info about cindy holmland creams (she created her own creams based on her experience) will be helpful! Thank you!

What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause
I don't have info. About the person you want. But I did just read a good book, what your doctor may not tell you about premenopause. It is very informative about premenopause and progesterone cream. It's by john r. Lee, m.D., and jesse hanley, m.D. And virginia hopkins. I found and bought a few for my sisters for christmas on amazon.Com also ebay sells them. You can also find the cream online as well. I use enjoy procreme plus xp-3. My first period after starting the cream went from 7-8 days of heavy bleeding to 4 days. (bleeding and clotting still heavy) I was shocked. It is already starting to relieve symptoms. I hope it works for all my symptoms with continued use. Well I hope I helped. I registered just so I could reply to your question. Good luck.

progesterone cream
After menopause the production of progesterone drastically goes down. This adversely affects the rebuilding ability of bone tissues leading to the painful condition of osteoporosis. The use of progesterone cream can help prevent such diseases by restoring the normal hormone balance of the body.

Restored Balance Natural PMS Progesterone Cream
Progesterone is a crucially important hormone produced by the adrenal gland that acts as a "regulator" for the other hormones in our body -- kind of like a thermostat that keeps your body's various hormone levels perfectly adjusted. Most of the symptoms that women face during PMS or menopause are the result of either too much estrogen or not enough, and this is controlled by their progesterone.

The latest medical research shows that many of the afflictions that women take in stride as as being "normal for women" are actually the result of hormone imbalances that can be easily and safely corrected.

This Natural Progesterone Cream by Restored Balance is a support supplement which contains the plant extract of the wild Mexican yam. This cream formula allows the powerful active ingredients to be optimally used by the body because they flow through the skin and directly into the bloodstream, completely by passing digestion.

I personally don't need progesterone yet, but the brand Restored Balance PMS Progesterone Cream is the top seller in our store of all our products. We have many repeat customers that say they cannot live without it. My older sister has tried all the traditional methods and some of the natural progesterone creams but still had hot flashes, depression and moodiness; then she tried Restored Balance PMS Cream. I quote her, "Restored Balance is Great. Been using it for years. Best buy in town. No more hot flashes for me!!!!" unquote. Perhaps this will help some of you seeking for answers.

One other point I should mention...Restored Balance PMS Progesterone Cream is used by many for more than PMS...it has also been used for menopause symptoms, as well as assisting to prevent osteoporosis.
