Q: Why the Hell Was I Nauseous?

Hi, I am 19 years of age, I eat a normal diet, and havnt drank for a long time. Recently, about a week ago I started getting spirts of nausea for about 10 min at a time, then after a couple hours of that it was constant. I was nauseous for two days, and every once in a while I got a sharp "stabbing" pain in my stomach. The first night the nausea was so bad I couldnt get to sleep. I had taken pepto-bismol for both of those days, and it seemed to be improving....And after the two days it went away fully....I figured it might have been the food I ate, but without puking or having diharea, I started to doubt that. I hadnt taken a caca for thsoe two days either.....But did after it, since then my stools have been dark brown, almost black. I read that pepto bismol can do that to stools, but a week after I stopped taking it? In addition to that, when I get hungry I get that hungry feeling, but it has intensified drastically, to the point where it is irritable if I dont eat (when I get hungry).....I used to just ignore the hunger and eat when im not lazy. But now I have to eat 3 meals a day or I feel sick, and tired. Plus I get occasional piercing feelings in the front of my head.
