Hi I Have Polycystic Ovary Disease Also.
Hello my name is robyn. I am 23 years old and was diagnosed by my gynocoligist with polycystic ovarian disease. He put me on medication called glucofage. It is suppose to help you have your periods, ovulate and lose weight. I have been on it for 2 weeks now, and it helps me ovulate since im trying to get pregnant again. I already have a 2 year old boy. My doctor told me to keep an ovulation chart and take my temperature with a basal thermometer which he perscribed for me. He said if this glucofage didnt help me ovulate he was gonna put me on clomid. So if I was you, I would ask my doctor about glucofage if you are trying to concieve or try to lose weight. Good luck! Hope this helps
