I've been having a lot of complications lately with doctor visits, they don't know what's wrong with me. I wonder if it could be anxiety, does anyone know how to tell if that's the problem?

Well why did you go to the doctors in the first place? What did you tell him about yourself? What do you worry about? What is the problem? How are you feeling ?
