I have never posted here before, but today is father's day, and my thoughts go to my father's memory who had schizophrenia and committed suicide when I was fifteen years old. I am now in my thirties, with my own family. It has taken me years to come to understand what happened and in some ways, I never will. All I know is that on father's day I celebrate the good memories and the fact that he was a special, unique and brilliant man in many ways.
