Q: Fast Movements And Loud Noises

I dont how to explain this but like... Whenever someone yells or theres a loud noise my brain like makes me hear it all )u#*@ up or
see it all *#(@ up, its kinda like a high feelin or sumthin. Its hard for me to explain but if anybody knows what I meen please respond, thnx

I think I know what your talking about hypochondriac1028, becaz sometimes when im like listening to my music when its loud its sounds all wierd and f*c*e* up, also when people yell really loud around me too! Oh yeah I noticed that u like reptiles, I love reptiles, I have a boa, and for right now a iguana too, but thats all.

Being easily startled is common for anxiety sufferers
earplugs may help
