Re: Any Success Stories
Here are a few words of wisdom

making do

if things aren't going the way you want, or going the way you expected,
first of all you should know you're not alone. Second, figure out how
to
"make do" with what you've got.

That may sound like "settling for second best," but chances are if you
give
up your expectations about the way things should be ? You'll discover
the
gifts from god hiding in what you already have.

Pay attention to what you have: eyes that can see beauty, ears that can
hear music and the voices of people you love, and a creator who loves
you
dearly just as you are.

Whatever your life holds right now, learn to make the best of it.
Whatever
you do, don't abuse yourself or make it harder.

Whatever you do, don't forget to pray, prayer is the key to all
problems,situations and circumstances.

Have a bless and beautiful day...............................

Hey hypochondriac, sorry I didnt mean to chuckle at your comment. It just reminded me of myself and how much I worry and how little things can work me up to have high anxiety. Its literally the small things that can set off anxiety in me, even if it is looking at a picture from my past or just a pic of someone during a time I was going through rough moments or passing a building or neighbourhood that reminds me of certain times in my life or walking through an old school etc. As I sit here right now typing this message, I wonder to myself how people can suffer from all these little worries. It makes me literally sick. I hate anxiety and wonder if I am just telling myself 'i literally have anxiety'... And thinking these thoughts in my head that I do have anxiety and really truly believing I do (which I know I have) but constant repeating in my head of it I think is causing me to create anxiety situations. Its so hard to explain. I guess to sum things up, its like I am creating my own prophecy by saying in my mind 'i have anxiety'...And then I believe I am 'not well'...I blame everything on anxiety....Its really hard to explain.......
