Anxiety and Stress Forum - Anyone Get Paranoid? Like Me?

Does anyone get extremely paranoid symptoms with anxiety disorder? Is this a normal symptom ro normal part of anxiety? I also have heart palpitations all the time. If you dont know how to control your anxiety, can you go downhill and eventually go crazy? Im so worried... :cry:

Hey! I have severe anxiety and i'm often paranoid.
Paranoid about my family slipping tranquilizers or medication into my food/drinks. I'm paranoid that somebody wants to really hurt me out in the world. I'm paranoid that i'm going to die when I have anxiety attacks. I -think- paranoia is common in those who suffer from anxiety.
