Hi. Diagnosed since 8/01 and im now 34. For the last 36 hours i've had terrible fever up to over 104 degrees and no lower than 101. I have my period so I thought toxic shock syndrom and it mentioned staph or strep. Now i've been suffering with mrsa for several months due to my weakened immune situation and I have been wearing tampons for the last 4 days and all thursday night until this morning I have been up and down with fever, shivering and sweating and the aches and shaking that go with it. No other symptoms except maybe a tiny sore throat. Now, at what point does one interrupt their doctors weekend? Do you call your pcp? Your neuro? Go to the er or urgent care or ride this out. Please help, as I dont want to be an unneccesary complainer. Thanks. I feel so sick. If anybody knows please let me know.

How did things work out? Has there been a drop in energy or increased symptoms?
