Q: Can Someone Tell Me...

What are the chances of becoming pregnant using a condom correctly (i.E. Putting it on correctly, using it 100% of time, not breaking/tearing, etc..)

and

how can someone become pregnant without those things happening???

Well condoms are 97% effective or around that if they are used right, so there is around a 3% chance of becoming pregnant....Im sorry but I don't really know the answer to the second question....But I hope I could help with answering one!
