to me prochoice means a bunch of people who are self-serving and selfish. I could say pro lifers kill and injure innocent pregnant women, who sometimes aren't even there (or for that matter considerign) abortion. At least with pro choice it's her choice and not made for her by some crazy with a bomb.

But let me ask you? What is wrong with a woman knowing both sides of the issue? In order to make a "choice".....Doesn't it help to see the situation from all angles? What if a woman is pregnant and scared....Walks into a clinic and that clinic treats the fetus she is carrying as insignificant and she aborts....And then later on she decides that the fetus was not insignificant and was in fact human life? What if she says....Why didn't someone tell me? Why wasn't I given the whole picture? And believe me....This does happen. Most clinics don't humanize the fetus at all........They compare it to a cancer....And who wants a cancer in their body? In reality though....The fetus is undeniably the early stages of human life....Why is this not made definite to the woman? Again....Don't you need all the facts to make an informed "choice?"

yes, this happens all the time. Clinics fail or "forget" to mention the aftermath mentally and physically of an abortion. Which is something else that makes me sick. At the same time.....Woman need to be smart. These woman that walk into a clinic unsure, (say for example a woman being there due to her partner wanting the aboriton but not her.......)need to ask questions if they need to know what is going on with the abortion. A simple question could save a human life. Many woman abort I believe due to a lack of intelligence...They just don't want to ask questions. And then they end up regretting it. It's sad if you ask me.

yes...But if they are young and scared....Sometimes they don't know what questions to ask. They go in and are told that it is just a simple medical procedure to remove the embryo. Sometimes these girls aren't even sure what an embryo is. It is not until later that they realize what they actually have done....Because no one gave them the full story.

i'm sorry, I have to disagree with this statement. They know what to ask they simply decide not to. If they are "mature" enough to have sex, they are mature enough to ask questions to gain knowledge about a very serious situation.

i totally agree about the "mature" enough to have sex part to a point....But if all they have heard is that the result of having sex is an "embryo".....Something insignificant and less than human.....Then why would they think to aks..."am I destroying a human life." my belief (right or wrong) is that teens are not given enough info to make good choices about sex....Let alone pregnancy....And abortion. I may be wrong...But that is my opinion.

Mature enough to have sex.... Have u read some of the posts in the preg and teen preg forum. What are these kids learning these days. Some ask if they can be pregnant cause of dry humping (humping fully dressed) some ask if they can get pregnant from spraying water up their vagina, one asked if she gave her guy a blowjob if she could be pregnant. Lots ask if the guy touched thier penis and then fingered them hours later if they can be pregnant and these questions go on and on.

And I see all these kids so scared about becoming preganant, what about stds, and aids. That's what I was nervous about back when I was stupid.

that I blame the parents for. You have to talk to your kids. You have to let them know about sex, and pregnancy and everything in between. I don't know whether it is that kids are afraid to talk to their parents or that parents are afraid to talk to ther kids. Whatever the case though.....The lines of communication have to be open.

ya that's why I told her she could be pregnant from pre-cum but not from him coming on her bellybutton.

I might not have known everything about sex when I was oyunger but damn from the time I was like 10 I knew how you could and couldn't get pregnant.
