Hi I am a teen and would like to ask you guys for advise. May I know is it normal for the foreskin to detached from the circumference of penis glans? I am having this problem a few years ago. Since then I notice some white bumps on my foreskin, which doesn’t itch. Doing some research on circumcision I notice it look almost the same as mine penis, the only difference visually I can see is that fernulum is still there. I am a little worried because I don’t think I am normal and don’t even dare tell anyone about it. Can anyone help me???

Detached?
You need to be a little more specific. What do you mean by detached? If you mean you can pull it away from your penis and only a small portion at the bottom is connected, then you're completely normal, that's what it's suposed to do.
