Hi there! I have had the same problem on and off for years - hearing myself breathing through my ears 
or my voice loud in my ears when I was talking. I finally went to the doctor. I don't remember what he called it (it actually has a name), but basically it is allergy related. The doctor put me on a nasal spray (Nasonex) and the problem went away! I use the spray for about 3 or 4 days as needed whenever it comes back (a few times a year). Hope this helps!
