Q: Soft Voice

I'm a 29 years old male. I have been having a problem all my life which was that my voice is very soft, more like a girl or a child.

I was lately adviced to use doses of tostosterone but others warned me againest this. Is there any drug I can use to change my vocal cords to produce more man-ish voice?
