Anybody have any advice on morning sickness? I've had it for about 2 weeks but it's gotten really bad this week. I have it in the morning and in the evening. Anything I can do?

Thanks,
angie

Mints and gum. Sweets and ice cream. I get nausea all the time! I had it bad yesterday and I held it in, but I was ready to explode! I didnt have any mints either. But when you feel it, hold your tummy and grap some mints. They help so much. I get a spoonful of iceream sometimes and that helps too. Anything like that takes it away quick. My sister never had morning sickness, but I dont need morning sickness to always puke! It sucks too, because I know when im preggy its gonna hit my like no other!!
Good luck though!! Walk alot!!! Youll appreciate it in the end!!!

Hey angie,
I still kinda of have it when I get up early in the mornings for school sometimes....But in the mornings before u get out of bed have some saltines already there put them there the night before and eat a few of thoughs and get up slowly and sit on the edge of your bed and let your body get adjusted if u move to fast may cause it.....Then just go about your morning and that and bring saltines w/ u like at all times they help soo much that and I drank a lot of fruit juices like fruitopias and those sort of things and I had lots of water...Your nerves adn stress can cause it to get worse too! Just be careful and take care of yourself your almost out of there!! And like niki said walk alot !! It helps!!! Much love and god bless!!

Orange juice, gingerale, selzar water(its so gross but helps), tums, slowly drink warm water, suck on a lemon.

Those are things that have helped me!
