I just wanted to know if anyone can relate to these symptoms or have any ideas for me. There does not seem to be a rhyme or reason related to this problem. Sometimes I feel like there is tightness or clinching and sometimes feels almost like spasms in the area right below where my sternum ends. When I press on this area it feels funny...Sometimes like I am going to be sick. Additionally, when I eat sometimes I have to stop because I feel like I maight be sick. Also I have frequent nausea of varying severity. Could this be stress or related to ibs or something completely different? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
