I have been having pain in my left chest for a few weeks now. Now it gets so bad that I can't eat. It is not heart burn just a very bad pain. If feels like some one is setting on my chest my arm don't hurt but I get light headed and a little dizzy.

Hi, I have been having the same pain in my upper left side of my chest for three weeks. The pain is not as bad as yours but the pain is very uncomfortable for me. The pain is right near my top of my breast, it feels heavy at times. But anyway I went to the Dr. About the pain he did an ekg of my heart and the ekg was good, did not show any problems but I was still having pain. So he had me take a echo, I am waiting for my results to come back. He think that it could be that I am just having panic attacks. I hope that is all it is. But my point is that you need to go to the Dr. As soon as you. Do not wait to it is to late. It could some thing major, I hope that it is not major for you or me. I will let you know what my results are from my echo. Hope this was a little helpfully. Chanda875.
