I just wanted to know if weight can be a factor in trying to fall pregnant. My husband and I were trying for neally a year but my father has been quite sick and died 4 weeks ago I think I have been under alot of stress and also gained alot of weight. We have stopped trying for a while put if it happens I will be so excited as I really would like to have a baby. I know stress can not be good trying to fall pregnant but can weight affect it.

Hi jodie,
i know that stress does have allot to do with getting pregnant, i'm not sure about weight? I know if your trying to conceive coffee intake can also have make a big difference try to cut down if you drink allot of caffeine. The way I got pregnant was having sex every two days so I wouldnt miss ovulation, also try to finish while your on your back and stay laying down for about 20-30min after. It worked for me, but everyones different. Good luck and I hope you get your baby soon
