Q: Painful Sex?

I am well lubed but it feels like the outside of my vagina (vulva) is very dry and irritated. And my lips get swollen afterwards. Even to the next day. It makes sex uncomfortable and painful afterwards.
I don't get it?

I noticed when ever me and my b/f have sex, if I dont have an orgasim and he does, my vagina begins to hurt really really bad after wards, and I mean to the point where I cant even sit down. But it has only happened like twice before.
