bleeding from penis

i am an ENT specialist, i noticed few drops of blood come out of my penis after ejaculation or after urination that i did after ejaculation, otherwise i was totally normal.
my doctor, urosurgeon follow up my case and everything was normal even MRI pelvis, he adviced me for cystoscopy.. your opinion please,, any differential diagnosis. thanks alot
