Q: Wisdom Teeth Taken Out

I had six(all four wisdom and two second molars) taken out five days ago. I am still having a lot of discomfort, in my jaw and at the actual extraction site. Everyone who I have spoken to has said that I should be back to normal buy now,. But I am not. My jaw is very stiff and my tounge and cheeks are very raw. I am getting really sick of all of this so if anyone has any other information please let me know. Thanks.

I forgot to mention that I am still spitting out a bit of blood when I wash my mouth out with salt water.
