Is it possible to miss a period due to stress?

I have been really stressed about being pregnant even though it is very unlikely I am, my period is late, do you think that's why?

Extremely eHealthy
Hi there! Yes, it is very possible to miss your period or have it pushed back due to stress, whatever happens is going to happen so just let it happen, relax, breathe, it is not healthy for you or the fetus.
Sincerely,
sandy
