I have been bleeding for almost three weeks now. It is so heavy that I can seem to change my tampon often enough to not ruin all of my pants blood will drip out of me into the toilet. There havent been any clots. Whats wrong

This could be a possible miscarriage or a rupture of some sort. I would go to the emergency room or the doctor immediately asap (caps)

Go to the Doctor!
Oh honey, you should seek medical attention as soon as possible! Besides being miserable for you, it would probably give you peace of mind. Whether it is something serious or not so serious, if it's not normal for you then you should see a doctor.
