I usually have terrible headaches when I am pregnant and my back aches but my first symptoms have always been heaving, heartburn and tiredness

My Back In My Head Still Hurts

Can anybody esle help me bout this cuz it is goin 2 be a week my back n my head been hurtin me n i'm gettin sick 2 my stomach can it be a sign of me been pregnant.

I dont kno if ur back is suppose to be hurtin cuz mine does some times but I always have head aches now and I kno that head aches is one of the symptoms of being pregnant
