Are you stressed for specific reasons or does it seem to be purely biological? Do you really want to eat? You might want to try meal supplement drinks like ensure. My doctor recommended it for me. You could also try making your own milkshakes with fruits, nuts, and protein powders. This assumes that you can keep thick liquids down.
You should go to the doctor, especially if you can't get any nourishment. Two weeks is a long time to be starving, regardless of your weight. If you are unweight or rapidly heading that way, it is even more critical.
