Let's see if I can explain this... If you are looking at yourself in profile view (side view) and looking at your hips, look a little towards your butt - that is where I need help! It's like I have an indention!!
I have tried all kinds of hip machines, lunges, squats, eliptical machine, etc and I still cannot slim down that area of my "inbetween butt-and-hip" area through my thighs. My body is also hanging on to patches of fat right on the inside of my thighs at the groin area.
I am a petite woman, so trying to stay in-shape is a constant struggle for me. The slightest weight gain shows quickly. I have gotten out of shape due to a back injury and now I am finding it difficult to tone those areas again!!
Help me before I drown in my thigh fat!
