Be glad you have an abundance of wetness. I have next to none even when i'm aroused. I'm on the pill and unfortunately this is one of the side effects.

Extreme wetness reduces the sensations for men. Imagine a virgin versus a 50yr old, well experienced woman. When the woman is too wet, it is too slippery and feels loose. Just take the advice of everyone in here and use something to wipe it away. I have the same problem with ym wife, and after discussing it, she understands and actually likes it better after she wipes and I wipe. Feels tighter and has more friction. Friction is good, no friction is bad.
