Oh my gosh-i have the exact same thing!! I have also had a mole right in the middle of my lip in nose since I was a child and just in the past year I have been getting a pimple in it. I have not been to the Dr. For it but maybe I should. One time I tried squeezing it and the top of the mole turned into a huge scab. I put neosporin on it and it went back to normal. I had never gotten a pimple there before-i didn't think moles could get acne. Let me know if you find out any info on it.
