I have this tingling as described above for about year now. It started out on my upper back when I would sit at the computer. Now it has spread to the back of my hands and lower legs and feet. It goes away when I lay down in bed at night. I might add that about 2 years ago I was involved in a minor car accident when I was hit from behind. I was driving and I remember like an electrical shock going down my spine. Other than that do injuries. My wife has told me that my back is becoming stooped. I can no longer stand with my back against a wall and touch the back of my head to the wall. Please help. Thanks. Luke
