Hello,
i ahve been noticing my left side of my throat gland below the ear is sore, and this morning I coughed up a hard yellowish ball the size of my tip of my pinky and it had a fowl odor. As a little child I remember coughing these up at least once a year I do this. I have always been told it has to do with your tonsils, my aunt just told me that is a sign of a heart attack/desease. Can someone please tell me what this could be?

Most likely tonsilloliths. Not life threatening.
