I went to my local social services department and applied for something called .F.A.M.I.S. It's health insurance for children. If you qualify, your child can get full coverage. You'll get a card in the mail just like any other health insurance company. I don't know if you have .F.A.M.I.S in your state, but i'm sure you have something like it. You should visit your local social services department. I'm sure they'll have something there.

Try to contact your state government as mentioned above. If that doesn't work, you need to have a job with benefits. Individual medical will not cover your child's condition. Chances are the state of texas will take care of you.
