I have aunt tht had a baby that she didn't even want. When he was borned the umboiral cord was around this thorat and he lived. He is now 5 going to be 6 months old. And I always have him when I get a chance. But everyone know she doesn't want him still and her baby daddy (supposly don't know who the dady is) is hitting her and sometimes I think they take it out on the baby  . I don't know what to do . If I could I would take homw with me and raise him. But now we think she is pregnant again and we know she doesn't want another baby. Cause she doesn't even take care of the baby. Sometimes she ingornes the baby. And she have a 5 yr old daughter. I just don't know what to do anymore. I don't know what to tell her either? Does anyone havve some advice? Please help time is running out?

I completely agree. I think that you or another relative (make sure that the relative likes kids, has enough patients, kind, understanding, supportive, and is financially stable enough, has a good environment no physical fights and or fighting around the child, no sexual stuff and things around, no threatening just rasing the children properly, even though there littl these things affect them) either that or report her to the a.c.s. or the police. They being the acs people will take her children away and put them into the system, and they if they get to the point where they are in foster care which some children have very bad experiences from you should check on them regularly, but I dont know, if you really dont want to be a part of it taking care of the children then there wont be much that you can do. I dont really recomend it the foster care, I HIGHLY SUSGGEST that you a relative or friend take the kids it would be for there own good.

If she doesn't want the children, have you asked her if you can have them and raise them to help her out. The children need out of that environment. If you can't raise them, then she should be reported. They will keep it confidential about who turned her in, but then maybe you could raise them instead of them being in a foster home once they approach her about her behavio. I really do not know how that works. Just do whatever you can to get them out of that environment or you will always regret it if something happens to one of them. The unborn child, I don't know how to respond to that. Also, you can get financial help should you take the two children and raise them. Will the 5 year old talk to a counselor at school about how she is being treated? I worked at a school and we always had authorities there asking children about their home life because someone had reported them as unfit parents. A lot of times, the children would open up and talk to them.

You have to do what you feel is best for the child. Every child deserves to be loved and cherished no matter who the parents are. You need to speak up and you need to advocate for that baby. Call your local childrens aid society and place an anonomus tip if you have to but that child needs to be removed from that home. Even if it turns out to be family violence not directed at the child, its still damaging and that child much be protected.

Be careful with what you do you have to take the proper legal steps. If you are seriously worried about the infant contact Social services. Obviously there is a chace of the baby being in danger. Also if you are prepared to raise the child/children then they try to place them with family but it's a process. (I grew up in care and my extended family went through it lots of paper work but it's all very needed) but remember you don't want to jump the gun and find your self in a bad situation. She sounds like a handful and you never know if she did give you the child would she fire back and say you took the child or something. Better to cover your butt. Good luck to you and baby!
