Q: Help!! Started Birth Control Pill Late

I have been off the pill for a couple of years now and just started again. The problem is I told the pharmicist my period began last thursday and ended sunday, so he told me to take two today and then do the regular routine. Well, I already took the two, but I just remembered that my period actually started two weeks ago, so I really should have taken the pill on sunday, may 29th. My question is, does anyone know what the side effects are? Should I not take the rest of the pack and wait for my next period to start again?

Please help...I'm waiting for a call back from doctor, but I don't how long that will take.

It might throw your cycle off for the first month or two, but I imagine it wouldn't hurt anything to keep on it. You may not be fully protected however for the first cycle..
