Q: Bleeding After Iud Insertion

Hi,

i have the iud inserted 3 weeks ago and I am stil bleeding like I had my period. I have taken dicynone 500mg (etamsilato) for 4 days but nothing yet. I just want to know if this bleeding is normal or should I remove the iud.

Still Bleeding
I read you message when I got mine the doctor saidthe bleeding isnormally. Now I should bleed but it will go away you body has to get use to it beening there. But for you I think you should tell your doc your still bleeding just to be safe for your health.I took mine out just this pass february to have a baby but my period is notthe same . So if you are still bleeding talk to your doc hope this help.Let me how your doing :)

i am still bleeding after 3 weeks of iud insertion still sometimes i have cramps .
