Gout, Bleeding Gums And Eye Lump

Hi all,
i had gout a few times about a year ago.
During that period I also experienced several other symtoms that I wonder what the connection is.
Tiredness, irritability, sore back, other joint or maybe tendon pain, bad breath and bleeding gums.Most strange, is this small lump which looks like a deep blackhead under my right eye about at the center.This lump moves towards the outside of the eye and eventually disappears.
To make a long story short,after first being diagnosed with gout a year ago, I lost alot of weight in 3 months by being on a healthy diet, then my doctor took me off medication and I was perfectly fine.
Furthermore I enjoyed any type of food I chose as long as I didn't overdo it.Also once or twice drinking each week.
My theory is I kept uric acid accumulation under control by keeping a generally healthy weight and diet plus alot of water each day.
But recently I have gained weight again and my diet has been bad.
What do you know!Tired, irritable, bad breath, bleeding gums, knees hurt this time, as well as my back.All at the same time as telltale signs of a gout attack in the big toe joint. And strangely again---this all followed by that strange lump appearing under my eye again well before any of the other symtoms.

Any information on if these symtoms are normal and the strange lump much appreciated!
