This stuff is made by garden of life. You can't find it in most health food stores. I believe it is essential for intestinal health.
It has all the good strains of bacteria in it. When I first bought it a year ago, I had no problems to speak of, so I didn't take it everyday day.
Its got a small scooper in it, if you buy the powder form. It tastes like unsweeten tea. Some things I learned about your digestive were amazing.
Did you know that everytime you go the doctor and he prescribes you anti-biotics, it will kill the bad and good bacteria in your system.
So when this happens you must replace it the good. If you don't then you get gas, bloating, constipated, diahrea and all sorts of stuff. You eat something that doesn't agree with you? You may want to buy this stuff.

Candidiosis or candida is another problem, most of us can get. Your digestive track gets fungus in it, from eating too much sugar and the fungus multiplies at a high rate. Then thats where the problems set in.
An easy test to see if you have candida is spit in a glass of water. If your spit sinks to the bottom in strains, you most likely have an issue with it. If it floats at the top, you don't have it.

Hope this helps everyone!!
