Extremely eHealthy
Your friend is overwieght? Well she should be fine unless she lets you know that she is concerned about the weight she has gained. She did have a baby and some mothers are in no rush to get to the track when they have a baby to care for. You can let her know that you will be going jogging or to a gym a few times a week and you would like her to join you. Just hint that you want to get healthy and you dont want to go it alone. Then she will maybe go and not have any thoughts that you think she is over weight. If she refuses, let it go.

Friend
Maybe the quick weight gain came as a result of her having a baby, her metabolism might have changed, or maybe she could also have developed a thyroid condition. She has to watch her diet and avoid a lot of fried foods and junk food and try and eat more sensibly.

She should add more fresh fruits and vegetables and less starchy foods to her diet along with exercise daily. Why don't you encourage her to go walking tell her you are going to go walking and set a time maybe each day if possible and ask her to go walking with you.
