I have a problem! When aroused, I can produce some decent lubrication, however, I need to be really aroused for this to happen. In the past I have relied on lubricants, and even saliva to get the job done, but there's something to be said for getting wet naturally. Does anyone know of any dietary supplements that can help me in this area???

Okay,
i'm a 23 year old caucasian woman with no injuries to speak of. As far as I know, this is a cognitive problem, and nothing more, however, it's still a problem, and i'm looking for solutions!

Not Uncommon
This is not as un-common as you think. Use ky jelly.
Sometimes though it it caused by a blockage in the two glands that secrete lubrication. It is an out-patient procedure to have these opened and you can go back to having intercourse in a day or two.
