I've been taking ovcon 35 for the past four months

i started out taking it at 8:00pm every night, and I did so for three months.

My fourth month I decided it would be more convienent to start taking it at 4pm instead of 8.

I had been taking it at 4 everyday for two weeks.

Then one day I forgot my birth control at home and could not take it at 4.

So I took it when I got home (8)

the next day the same thing happened, and I took it at 8

do you think this would be safe? Should I start taking it now at 8, or go back to 4? Will everything be okay?

Yes, you will be fine. The four hours will not make much of a difference.. It's always of course best to take it as close as you can to the same time.. But it does not lower it's effectiveness over a few hours.
