Hi
i'm trying to gain weight. I've increased
my calorie intake. I've always eaten 3
meals, I feel snacking in between disrupts
my hunger. I've read that eating
frequently helps gain muscle, not just
abdominal fat. Has anyone tried dividing
their meals into small frequent portions?
Does it kill your appetite?
