Yes you are right. Most doctors do not have a sense of humor and do not like to have casual conversations. To them time is money, and if they sit there and talk to you in a casual manner they are losing money from there next patient. Except for the doctor that did my husbands vasectomy. My husband had him laughing his butt off with jokes about the procedure. But doctors like that are far and few in between.
